• Daughter of Francis Wright (1806-1873) and Selina FitzHerbert (1806-1888).
• Married (on 31 May 1859 at Osmaston Manor, Derbyshire), John Bridges Plumptre (1832-1888). It was a double wedding with her sister Frances Wright (1840-1914), and Rev. John Barton of Cambridge (1836-1908) attended and described it in his memoirs.
